The date written on the back is Oct 3, 1910.  The majority of the names are illegible as they were written in pencil and have been all but worn off.  What I could discipher is as follows:

? BERRY, ? GIBBS, ? BERRY, ? CAMPBELL, ? MOORE, ? WOODSON, Ervill RUDD, Atra RUDD, Lucille FRENCH, Francis McKNIGHT, Yates TYLER, Milton, McKNIGHT, Francis McCUNE, Francis DAVIS, Lucy TYLER, Gertrude BERRY, Edwin ??, Edna Mae BICKLEY, Grace OVERFELT, Amy ??, Lucille B., Archie B., Guy FRENCH....

I do know that the boy wearing the black suit coat in the middle is William "Guy" FRENCH and the little girl
in the back row, far right w/ her hand on her face is Lucille FRENCH.

It would be great to find out exactly who these children were as well as their teacher. Perhaps someone may know.

"I am only positive about four individuals in this photo:
Back row (L to R): First boy is Carl WOODSON.  The 7th individual (girl w/ dark dress standing to the left of the teacher) is Mary FRENCH (b. Dec 1898).
Front row (L to R): The 5th child is William "Guy" FRENCH (b. Mar 1900) and the girl kneeling next to him is his sister, Lucille FRENCH (b. 1901).
This photo appears to be a "combined" school room photo as there are apparent age differences among the students."
